One of the areas of cultural reforms implemented on the initiative of the National Leader of the Turkmen people, Chairman of the Halk Maslahaty of Turkmenistan, Hero Arkadag and the great efforts of Arkadagly Hero Serdar, is the programmatic strategic work carried out to familiarize the world community with the culture, material and spiritual cultural heritage that have survived centuries and millennia and reached our days.

In this regard, the mutually beneficial cooperation of Turkmenistan with UNESCO is an illustrative example for the whole world.

Recently, ancient fortresses and monument complexes within the boundaries of the historical and cultural protection zones "Ancient Merv", "Ancient Koneurgench" and "Ancient Nisa" have been included in the UNESCO World Heritage List, which are the heirs of the ancient culture of the Turkmen land, the roots of which go deep into history.

It can be said that the inclusion of the collection of manuscripts of Makhtumkuli Fragi in the international list of the UNESCO Memory of the World program has become a guarantee that this unique cultural and literary heritage will reach future generations in its original form, and Fragi's philosophical ideas will serve to build a happy future for humanity.
