The Self-supporting department “Durmushhyzmat” of the Turkmenbashi oil processing complex was first created in 1993 under the name “Self-supporting department Bytservis”. In accordance with order No. 60 of the Turkmenbashi oil processing complex dated March 9, 2006, in order to fulfill the Decree of the President of Turkmenistan No. 7661 dated December 15, 2005, the Self-supporting department “Durmushhyzmat” of the Turkmenbashi oil processing complex is a department created on the basis of renaming the Self-supporting department Bytservis.

For the first time, the Department was registered by the Registration Chamber of Turkmenistan on February 17, 1998 for Certificate No. 25430216 in the name of the self-supporting site “Bytservis”.

The work of the Department is regulated on the basis of the Constitution of Turkmenistan, acts of the President of Turkmenistan, resolutions of the Parliament of Turkmenistan, resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Turkmenistan, other regulatory legal acts, orders, instructions and regulations of the Turkmenbashi oil processing complex.

The self-supporting department “Durmushhyzmat” of the Turkmenbashi oil processing complex includes:

• Restaurant and cafes located in the TOPC Cultural and Sports Complex;
• Canteen located on the territory of the complex of factories and in the building of the administration;
• Hotels “Nebitchi”, “Gyami” and “Serdar” in the national tourist zone "Avaza".

Main activities and tasks of the Department:

• Fast food service and restaurant service;
• Hotel services;
• Hotel service for tourists;
• Bar services;
• One-time and other catering services;
• Wholesale non-specialized trade.

Main tasks of the Department:

• Creates the necessary services for the creation of various types of services (information, commercial trade, advertising transport, etc.);
• Creates production workshops and sites for the processing of local raw materials, industrial waste, recyclable materials, as well as the production of consumer goods and industrial goods.

The work of the Department is based on self-supporting and self-financing.
