The Turkmen land holds huge reserves of valuable natural resources. In the search for these resources, determining their scale and developing them, the cohesive and purposeful work of friendly and talented employees of the Lebap Geophysical Expedition of the State Corporation Turkmengeologiya demonstrates perseverance and dedication in well-coordinated work. Their joint efforts are bearing fruit. Yes, our country, with its vast reserves of natural gas, puts this wealth at the service of the prosperous life of all mankind and the rapid socio-economic development of the countries. The specialists of this expedition have extensive experience in replenishing reserves of this priceless wealth. Their contribution to the discovery of new oil and gas fields in the country's regions and the extraction of vast wealth has been and remains great. This important work continues today. In this work, they make extensive use of the powerful and advanced equipment purchased by our esteemed President abroad. There is a saying in our country: "It is not the master who works, but the tool." It shows that the tool plays an important role in any work. As we have already noted above, the material and technical base of the expedition in question is constantly being strengthened. Only at the end of last year, treasure hunters received five Nomad-65 Neo vibration systems manufactured by the French company named Sercel. Together with these installations, the expedition received a 508 XT type seismogeological station from this company. It is worth noting that our country has been fruitfully cooperating with this well-known company for many years and effectively uses the capacities of its equipment.

With the help of new equipment, the energy of elastic waves is radiated into the earth's crust to a depth of 3 to 6 thousand meters and reflected back. These reflected waves are transmitted to the seismic station through seismic receivers. The waves received at the station are collected in a seismogram, and the corresponding data is recorded. This work is performed by professional expedition staff in accordance with the requirements of the profession. This is evidence of their high professionalism. The range of treasure hunters' tasks is wide. Currently, members of the 61st geophysical detachment of the expedition are conducting detailed 2D seismic exploration on Kazyguyy square and adjacent territories of the Danevsky etrap of the Lebap Velayat using the common deep point method. The length of the exploration works is about 1.1 thousand kilometers. Similar works have been successfully completed on the Hazarly square of the Gerogli etrap of the Dashoguz velayat. As a result of the work carried out, geological structures have been prepared for deep drilling. As a result of these works, a gas reservoir was discovered. The list of such positive results will continue to grow. For this, the explorers work hard and diligently. Atageldi Hudaynazarov, operator of the 61st geophysical detachment, Babageldi Soltanov, tractor driver, and Babahan Jumakulyev, head of the small group, are also leading the important work. Their good example is widely supported. The explorers are working enthusiastically to enrich this significant year with great work achievements.
