Our Independent, Neutral Homeland, promoting the principles of "Dialogue - a guarantee of peace" and "Peace through development", is carrying out world-class work. In the Year of International Peace and Trust, marking the 34th anniversary of our sacred Independence and the 30th anniversary of our Permanent Neutrality, a meeting of the Halk Maslahaty of Turkmenistan will be held on September 19 in the beautiful capital of our Homeland.

Our people proudly celebrate the sacred Independence Day of our Neutral country with great labor achievements. After all, this date has a special meaning and pride for our Independent country, our united people, inspiring each of us to new, high goals. In this regard, during the celebration of Independence Day, the next meeting of the Halk Maslahaty of Turkmenistan will be held, at which the results of successes, achievements and work done in the development of an independent state will be summed up. Also, the Halk Maslahaty will discuss the important tasks facing us in the new historical era, based on the demands of the time and new economic conditions. Thus, in the International Year of Peace and Trust, priority tasks will be determined regarding the role of the policy of permanent neutrality of our country in ensuring peace in the region and the world. Our Turkmenistan, based on the principles of permanent neutrality, has today become a unifying and bringing together country for the peoples of the world.
