In the era of the Revival of a new epoch of a powerful state, the core objective of the national youth policy is to ensure the healthy development and all-round growth of the younger generation — the bright future of our country. It aims to nurture them as educated, goal-oriented, and broad-minded individuals, while also unlocking their talents and abilities. Anchoring these purposeful efforts in relevant state programs that strengthen young people’s confidence in the future greatly enhances the effectiveness of the initiatives being implemented. The revised version of the Law of Turkmenistan "On State Youth Policy" contributes to the comprehensive development of youth. As a result, we witness and feel the positive outcomes of the high level of trust placed in the younger generation every day.

Our students, inspired by the motto of Hero-Arkadag “The State is for the People!” and the guiding principle of Arkadagly Hero Serdar “The Motherland is a Motherland only with the people! The state is a state only with the people!”, actively participate in cultural and public events, and win prizes in competitions and sports tournaments. In every endeavor, they strive to live up to the trust placed in them.

We wish Hero-Arkadag and Arkadagly Hero Serdar strong health and long life! They prioritize the care for the happy future of the younger generation above all else and confidently lead our Homeland toward a great future. May all their initiatives for the benefit of the people and the country always be successful!
