On December 16, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov held a working meeting via a digital system with the participation of Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers T. Atahallyev and the hyakims of the velayats, during which the dynamics of work in the regions and the agricultural sector, as well as issues related to the implementation of the National Rural Program, were discussed.

The first report was presented by the hyakim of Ahal Velayat, S. Soltanmyradov, who reported on the state of affairs in the region’s agricultural lands.

As it was reported, fields with evenly sprouted wheat are undergoing mineral fertilization and vegetative irrigation.

In addition, in preparation for the cotton sowing campaign for next year's harvest, plowing is being carried out on designated plots with the application of phosphorus fertilizers.

Measures are also being taken to maintain the functionality of machinery and equipment to be used in next year's agricultural campaigns, as well as to repair bio-enterprises in the region and supply them with the necessary materials and equipment.

Efforts are being made to ensure timely settlements with cotton producers for the harvest delivered to the state.

The head of the regional administration reported on measures to maintain the proper functioning of heating systems in residential buildings, schools, and kindergartens, as well as to ensure uninterrupted energy, gas, and water supply to the population. Information was also provided on the pace of work according to the National Rural Program.

Summarizing the report, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov emphasized the importance of carrying out the current seasonal campaigns in accordance with agrotechnical requirements. In this regard, the regional administration head was given specific instructions.

The head of state also ordered strict control over compliance with quality requirements for construction work carried out under the National Rural Program.

Next, the hyakim of Balkan Velayat, H. Ashyrmyradov, delivered a report on seasonal agricultural activities.

It was reported that mineral fertilization and vegetative irrigation continue in the wheat-sown fields of the region.

As part of land preparation for the cotton sowing campaign for next year's harvest, necessary fertilization and plowing of designated plots are being carried out.

At the same time, appropriate measures are being taken to prepare machinery and equipment for the spring sowing campaign, including repairs.

Repair work is also ongoing at bio-enterprises in the region, and all efforts are being made to ensure their provision with necessary resources and equipment.

Efforts are being taken to ensure timely settlements with agricultural producers for the cotton harvest delivered to the state.

It was also reported that measures are being taken to maintain the proper functioning of heating systems at social infrastructure facilities, public institutions, and to ensure uninterrupted energy, gas, and water supply to the region's population. As reported, in addition to plowing land allocated for next year’s cotton sowing, phosphorus fertilization is being carried out. Machinery and equipment are also being repaired in preparation for the upcoming spring campaign.

A special commission has been established to prepare the region's bio-enterprises for the sowing campaign. Repair work is being carried out on production facilities, and all measures are being taken to provide them with the necessary resources.

Settlements with producers for delivered raw cotton are proceeding smoothly.

With the onset of cold weather, all efforts are being made to ensure the proper functioning of heating systems in residential buildings and social infrastructure facilities, as well as uninterrupted supplies of electricity, drinking water, and natural gas to the population.

The head of the regional administration also provided information on the pace of construction work carried out under the National Rural Program.

Summarizing the report, and pointing out that the main factor for achieving a high yield is the timely and high-quality completion of seasonal campaigns according to agrotechnical standards, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov ordered strict control over these issues.

Meanwhile, field preparation for next year’s cotton sowing continues, including plowing and the application of necessary fertilizers.

Machinery and equipment for the campaign are also being brought into proper working condition.

The region's bio-enterprises are being prepared for spring fieldwork, with efforts to ensure the necessary resources and equipment.

Settlements with raw cotton producers for the state-delivered harvest are ongoing.
