Now the day is not far off when modern facilities based on the advanced technologies of the world's leading manufacturers will be put into operation in a solemn atmosphere. Some of these works are carried out by specialists from the Japanese company “Sumitomo” and Turkmen builders in accordance with the Resolution signed by our esteemed President, who tirelessly cares about the industrialization of our country and the achievement of Turkmenistan's level of developed countries of the world.

Several years ago, to be more precise on May 6, 2014, during a working visit to Lebap velayat, the esteemed President launched the “Lebap” state power plant. Its capacity is 149.2 MW. Two years after this historic event, on July 7, 2016, in the Dovletli etrap, the head of state launched the “Vatan” state power plant with a capacity of 254 MW. There are enough reasons to focus our attention on these powerful, modern facilities that were built over the years of independence and serve the rapid development of our country. This is due to the fact that all of the mentioned new power plants run on natural gas. Commissioning of these facilities demonstrates the successful implementation of programs, the head of state to increase production and exports of Turkmen natural gas to foreign markets, according to the priority development of the fuel and energy sector, which plays a key role in the economy of our country. Modern structures are important for further strengthening the power of our state and further expanding its export potential. At the same time, natural gas, which is a valuable resource of our fertile land, contributes to the rapid development of our country, cardinal changes and the expansion of mutually beneficial cooperation with the countries of the world. At the same time, first of all, the international gas pipeline Turkmenistan-China, which is considered the construction of the century, comes to life before the eyes. Within the framework of the agreement, several gas compressors were built, hundreds of kilometers of gas pipelines were laid from “Bagtyyarlyk” to a friendly country to provide consumers with natural gas. As proof to the above, we recall that in recent years between the Malay-Bagtyyarlyk was laid a high-pressure gas pipeline 274 kilometers. One of its branches runs through the Amu Darya, and the other runs through the bottom of the river. These pipelines ensure uninterrupted supply of "blue fuel" through the Turkmenistan-China international gas pipeline. We are proud to note that with the commissioning of a powerful gas pumping unit at the Malay field at the beginning of this year, this volume has significantly increased. But that's not all.

Just this pipeline that marked the beginning of the rapid development of the industrial structure of the right bank of the Amu Darya and significant changes in the life of the population of rural and urban areas. He has created the conditions for the construction of high-power plants on the wide development, mining and processing of natural resources Koytendag mountains. One of them is the Lebap Cement Plant. To supply fuel to this new industrial production, a high-pressure gas pipeline Bagtyyarlyk-Garlyk has been laid. The pipeline also supplies natural gas to the state-owned “Vatan” power plant without interruption. Yes, our Fatherland is strengthening its position among the most powerful energy powers in the world. Such a proud situation was made possible thanks to the distinguished President's close attention to the priority development of this important industry, which made it possible to further expand international cooperation in this area. Such national and international activity spreads light and warmth to the Turkmen land, as well as to neighboring and distant countries, and ensures further successful development and prosperity. Recently built new power plant will also serve future global prosperity.
