Turkmenistan’s Fuel and Energy Complex Shows Strong Results for the First Nine Months of 2025

On October 3, Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers of Turkmenistan, Batyr Amanov, reported at a government meeting on the results of work carried out from January to September this year to increase oil and gas production and expand their export routes to global markets.

According to the report, the State Concern "Türkmennebit" fulfilled its oil production plan at 109.7 percent.

Over the nine-month period, the country's oil refineries met the oil processing plan at 109.4 percent. During the reporting period, the plan for gasoline production was fulfilled at 108.8 percent, diesel fuel at 101 percent, lubricants at 100 percent, and natural and associated gas production at 103.1 percent.

In addition, Amanov provided information on the achieved technical and economic indicators in the production of polypropylene, liquefied gas, and the export of natural gas.

Summarizing the report, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov emphasized the importance of effectively utilizing the production capacities of the oil and gas industry. Highlighting the need to discover new hydrocarbon fields through the implementation of modern technologies and the continuous improvement of oil and gas processing operations, the head of state gave the Deputy Prime Minister relevant instructions.
