To sustain the rapid growth of our national economy and ensure stable development, it is extremely important to implement a digital system. The significance of this direction is also particularly emphasized in the state policy carried out by the esteemed President.

Recently, the “Concept for the Development of Digital Economy in Turkmenistan for 2026–2028” was approved. Previous experience shows that digitalization is a crucial step for raising Turkmenistan to the level of developed countries. The introduction of new technologies in various sectors, especially in business and educational institutions, enables more effective problem-solving.

The previous concept helped create a strong infrastructure for this field and strengthened its foundations. In addition, the use of information and communication systems and “green” technologies created conditions for improving the national architectural standards. A clear example of this is the construction of the city of Arkadag. The facilities of this modern city are equipped with the latest innovations and digital technologies.

The widespread use of mobile phones has made mobile applications extremely important. Currently, mobile versions of all newly created platforms, websites, portals, and applications are being developed. This increases the accessibility of services. The transition to a digital system has given a strong boost to the development of private business, particularly the electronic industry.
