The National Statistics and Information Administration of Afghanistan (NSIA) published data according to which, in the first quarter of 2021, Turkmenistan became one of the ten largest trading partners of the IRA. About 70 percent of goods imported from our country are products of the oil and gas complex. Its total cost was approximately US $ 64 million.
In particular, in the first three months of the year, about 8 thousand tons of A-80 gasoline and more than 45 thousand tons of motor gasoline of other brands, as well as about 40 thousand tons of liquefied gas, were supplied from Turkmenistan to the IRA.
Compared to the same period last year, the supply of diesel fuel has increased significantly, amounting to more than 28 thousand tons. In addition, Afghan businessmen bought technical oil oils, polyethylene, polypropylene, propane and other products.
