On November 5, Oguldzahan Atabayeva, Executive Director – Vice President for Medical Affairs of the Charitable Foundation for Assistance to Children in Need of Guardianship named after Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov, appealed to Hero-Arkadag for permission to provide humanitarian aid to Afghanistan and its brotherly people in connection with the recent earthquake, which caused numerous casualties and destruction.
Emphasizing the importance of sending humanitarian assistance on behalf of the Foundation to the brotherly Afghan people—especially to children and residents affected by the earthquake—Hero-Arkadag gave relevant instructions to the Foundation’s Executive Director – Vice President for Medical Affairs Oguldzahan Atabayeva and the Foundation’s accountant Elena Chernova.
Hero-Arkadag noted that the humanitarian aid package should include medicines, food products, clothing, and other essential items for children in need, and instructed the Foundation’s Vice President, Recep Bazarov, to keep all related matters under strict control.
