On February 21, esteemed President Serdar Berdimuhamedov held another Cabinet of Ministers meeting via videoconference. Several issues related to the life of the country were discussed during the meeting.
Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers B. Amanov reported on the ongoing work to train specialists for the country's oil and gas sector. It was noted that in order to successfully address the tasks of diversifying the fuel and energy sector, which is an important branch of the national economy, and to implement modern technologies, necessary measures are being taken to train specialists and enhance their qualifications. In this regard, the vice-premier presented a relevant proposal for the esteemed President's consideration.
After listening to the report, the Head of State emphasized that preparing highly qualified specialists with international experience is a key task for the successful organization of the oil and gas sector's operations, and, supporting the proposed initiative, instructed the vice-premier to continue the relevant work.
