​President Serdar Berdimuhamedov held a working meeting with the participation of Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers T.Atakhalliev and Khakimov velayats, which reviewed the progress of work in the agricultural sector of the country and the implementation of the National Rural Program.

The first floor was given to the hyakim of the Akhal Velayat, S.Soltanmyradov, who reported on the pace of seasonal agricultural campaigns.

As reported, the cotton harvest is currently continuing to the last box. In this direction, measures are being taken for the effective use of agricultural machinery, uninterrupted transportation of raw materials to reception points and to cotton gins.

In accordance with agrotechnical standards, crop care is carried out on the wheat lands of the velayat: vegetative watering and fertilizing with mineral fertilizers.

At the same time, in order to prepare the fields for the sowing season for the future cotton harvest, land is being plowed.

Appropriate steps are being taken in the region to ensure the proper functioning of heating systems at social facilities and in residential buildings.

Hyakim also reported on the progress of construction of socio-cultural and industrial facilities within the framework of the implementation of the National Rural Program, the commissioning of which is scheduled for the current year.

After hearing the report, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov noted the importance of harvesting cotton without losses and strict observance of agrotechnical standards in the care of wheat crops, in this regard, giving hyakim a number of specific instructions.

The President of the country also ordered to keep under control the timing and quality of construction of social and industrial facilities within the framework of the National Rural Program, scheduled to open in the velayat this year.

Then the floor was given to the hyakim of the Balkan Velayat, H.Ashyrmyradov.

First of all, hakim reported to the head of state that the courageous cotton growers of the region had successfully fulfilled their contractual obligations to deliver raw materials, and expressed on behalf of the residents of the velayat sincere gratitude to Arkadagly Hero Serdar and Hero-Arkadag for the opportunities created for fruitful work, wishing good health, longevity and success in responsible activities aimed at the prosperity of the people and the country.

Then the head of the regional administration reported on the pace of agricultural work.

It was reported that appropriate measures are currently being taken to harvest cotton without loss, to the last box, as well as to effectively use agricultural machinery in this work. Uninterrupted reception of raw materials is carried out at specialized enterprises.

In the fields of the velayat sown with wheat, irrigation is carried out to obtain seedlings, and in areas with sprouts, fertilizing with mineral fertilizers is also carried out.

At the same time, in order to prepare land for the future cotton harvest, land is being plowed.

Appropriate measures are being taken to ensure the proper functioning of heating systems in educational institutions, public places, cultural institutions, administrative buildings, and residential buildings.

In addition, hakim reported on the progress of construction of social and industrial facilities within the framework of the Program of the President of Turkmenistan for the socio-economic development of the country in 2022-2028 and the National Rural Program, scheduled to open this year.

After hearing the report, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov congratulated the cotton growers of the Balkan Velayat on their labor victory, who were the first to fulfill their contractual obligations to hand over the "white gold" to the state, wishing them new successes.

The head of Turkmenistan also drew attention to the importance of ongoing agricultural activities these days, stressing that proper care of wheat crops is one of the main conditions for obtaining a rich harvest, and instructed the hyakim to strictly monitor the work in this direction.

In addition, the President of the country ordered to keep in mind the timing and quality of the construction of social and industrial facilities within the framework of the National Rural Program, scheduled to open in the velayat this year.

Further, the workshop continued with the report of the hyakim of Dashoguz velayat D.Babayev on the progress of seasonal work in the agricultural sector.

As reported, cotton harvesting continues in the region, everything necessary is being done for the operation of agricultural machinery at full capacity, uninterrupted transportation of the grown crop to reception points.

Maintenance work is underway on wheat-sown fields.

Also, plowing of land for cotton sowing began in the region next year.

Along with this, work is underway to harvest rice without losses.

In accordance with the instruction of President Serdar Berdimuhamedov, the necessary measures are being taken for the proper operation of heating systems in residential buildings and social buildings in the province.

In addition, hyakim reported on the progress of construction of social and industrial facilities in accordance with the National Rural Program, which are planned to be commissioned this year.

Along with this, everything necessary is being done to ensure the smooth operation of heating systems at enterprises, social facilities, institutions, and residential buildings in the territory of the velayat.

Hyakim also reported on the progress of construction of social and industrial facilities in accordance with the National Rural Program, which are planned to be put into operation this year.

After hearing the report, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov emphasized the importance of current seasonal agricultural work, instructing the head of the velayat administration in this regard to ensure the harvesting of cotton without losses and the care of wheat crops in accordance with agrotechnical standards.

The Head of State also ordered to keep under constant control the quality and timing of the work planned for the current year in the velayat within the framework of the National Rural Program.

Further, the khyakim of Mary velayat B.Orazov reported on the progress of seasonal agricultural campaigns.

As reported, the necessary work is continuing to harvest cotton without loss. Special attention is paid to the use of agricultural machinery and aggregates at full capacity.

The velayat provides care for wheat fields and their vegetative watering.

Also, work is underway in the region to collect sugar beet and ensure uninterrupted transportation of the crop to reception points.

Along with this, in order to carry out cotton sowing at the proper level next year, plowing and fertilizing the land with mineral fertilizers are currently being carried out.

At the same time, the necessary steps are being taken in the velayat for the uninterrupted operation of heating systems in administrative and public institutions, educational and cultural facilities, and residential buildings during the autumn-winter season.
