Hero-Arkadag Familiarized Himself with Ongoing Works in the City of Arkadag

On December 28, the National Leader of the Turkmen people, Chairman of the Halk Maslahaty of Turkmenistan, and Honored Elder Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov paid a working visit to the city of Arkadag. During the visit, he reviewed the progress of ongoing projects, inspected proposed developments, and held a working meeting with relevant officials. The National Leader also extended New Year greetings to the people.

Currently, the second phase of construction in the new city, initiated and driven by the tireless efforts of Hero-Arkadag, is progressing rapidly. The construction of facilities for various purposes and production complexes within the medical cluster meets modern standards.

Hero-Arkadag arrived early on a winter morning in the city of Arkadag, built in this picturesque location using advanced practices and digital technologies. The continuation of the second phase of the city’s development reflects the successful implementation of outlined tasks.

As an Honored Architect of Turkmenistan, Hero-Arkadag reviewed design options for the fencing of an upgraded street connecting the Akhan and Taichanak monuments in the new city. He emphasized that, alongside the durability and quality of the construction and finishing materials, their harmony with the architectural image of the city should also be considered.

The scholar Arkadag reviewed the types of saplings planned for planting in the city, noting that their selection should be appropriate for local soil and climate conditions. This decision should be supported by scientific analysis and consultations with experts.

Highlighting the historical significance of the extensive work being carried out in the new city, Hero-Arkadag stressed the importance of ensuring quality and meeting environmental requirements. He emphasized the need for collaborative efforts in this regard.

Hero-Arkadag then familiarized himself with the projects for the second phase of construction, including plans for the placement of industrial and residential buildings.

Numerous international certificates and accreditations were presented, confirming the registration of medical cluster products from Arkadag city at the international level. Additionally, the trademarks of the cluster’s products were validated with a special certificate from the International Bureau of the World Intellectual Property Organization.

Hero-Arkadag noted that the international certifications of the new city signify a high evaluation of its medical cluster’s products. He stated that expanding the range of products and increasing their export potential should be a priority.

Medical products made from local raw materials, including masks and gowns for healthcare workers, were also presented to Doctor Arkadag. It was noted that these products meet international standards and environmental requirements.

Reviewing the medical supplies and uniforms, Hero-Arkadag offered remarks based on his extensive experience in this field. He highlighted the importance of creating an appealing logo for the Arkadag city medical cluster and issued several directives.

Hero-Arkadag also examined the designs and placement plans for production and social infrastructure facilities.

Among the projects presented were designs for the Arkadag city medical cluster buildings, a trade and business center, and plans for other facilities. Additionally, details were provided on the reconstruction of the road between the Akhan and Taichanak monuments and the types of trees to be planted as part of the city’s greening campaign.

As an Honored Architect of Turkmenistan, Hero-Arkadag made remarks and adjustments to the proposed projects. He emphasized the need to align the layout of production and social infrastructure facilities with their intended purpose.

The construction and finishing of facilities in Arkadag city should blend national architectural traditions with advanced practices and meet the international certifications awarded to the city.

Doctor Arkadag stressed the need to establish a unified department for intellectual analysis within the city’s industrial complexes. He instructed that these efforts should adhere to international medical standards and incorporate digital systems. Active implementation of analytical and intellectual technologies, recognized as a field with great future potential, was identified as a priority.

Hero-Arkadag then held a working meeting with D. Orazov, Chairman of the State Committee for the Construction of Arkadag City, and G. Mammedova, Hyakim of Arkadag City.

D. Orazov reported on the progress of the ongoing second phase of construction and on opportunities for fostering international cooperation to enhance the production capacity of the city’s medical cluster and expand its range of environmentally friendly products.

Hero-Arkadag emphasized that the second phase of the city’s development must prioritize expanding the types of products manufactured in its industrial complexes and ensuring their compliance with modern quality standards. He noted that Arkadag city has received international awards and certifications, and the country’s achievements under the leadership of President Arkadagly Hero Serdar have been globally recognized.

On behalf of the city’s residents, G. Mammedova invited the National Leader of the Turkmen people to participate in a grand New Year celebration in Arkadag city, noting that his attendance would be a landmark event for its residents.

G. Mammedova also conveyed gratitude from the new city’s residents, who have recently moved into their modern homes, for the occasion of the New Year.

Hero-Arkadag extended heartfelt congratulations to his compatriots on their housewarming and noted that issues related to ensuring a happy life for the city’s population and creating modern living conditions should always remain a priority.

Hero-Arkadag highlighted that the joyous life of the people and the prosperity of the country should be reflected in vibrant and memorable cultural events during the New Year celebration, a beloved holiday for all.

Later, standing by the grand New Year tree, the National Leader addressed a festive greeting to the people of the sovereign state.

Hero-Arkadag noted that 2024, dedicated to the legacy of Magtymguly Pyragy, was a year of fruitful and significant achievements. He expressed confidence that efforts to study and promote Magtymguly’s literary heritage would continue.

Summing up the fruitful year, Hero-Arkadag said that ambitious projects aimed at the country’s prosperity and the well-being of its people were successfully implemented. Large-scale construction projects and the ongoing development of Arkadag city stand as vivid examples.

The National Leader extended his New Year greetings, wishing peace, prosperity, and happiness to all residents of the country.
