Scientific cooperation between scientists of the two countries covers a wide range of areas and is constantly strengthening.

In Azerbaijan, special attention is paid to the work of the great Turkmen poet Makhtumkuli Fragi and his study from a scientific point of view. The works of the great Eastern thinker have been repeatedly published in the Azerbaijani language. The preparation for publication and publication by the staff of the Academies of Sciences of Turkmenistan and Azerbaijan of a new anthology of the poet based on the collection of poems by Makhtumkuli Fragi published in Bukhara in 1913 became a contribution to familiarizing the world community with Turkmen classical literature. The opening of the "Magtymguly Fragi Research Center" at the Nizami Ganjavi Institute of Manuscripts under the Academy of Sciences of Azerbaijan testifies to the intensification of relations at the level of the Academies of Sciences of the two countries.

In addition, the speeches emphasized the important role of science and innovation in modern society. Science has now become an integral part of everyday life, and achievements in this area have a major impact on the development of society, the economy, healthcare, and other areas. Science shapes ideas about the world around us, helps solve pressing problems, and opens up new horizons. The forum touched on one of the important issues for the region, which is related to the assessment and forecasting of seismic risks.

Effective research work in this area allows us to identify potentially seismically hazardous zones and develop effective steps to reduce damage. Engineering surveys and analytical forecasts make it possible to implement modern anti-seismic technologies. Constant monitoring of seismic risks and implementation of preventive measures contribute to increasing the sustainability of the economy and ensuring the well-being of the region.

The participants' reports also focused on the importance of new technologies, including digitalization and artificial intelligence, for ensuring economic growth. It was noted that advanced technologies currently serve as one of the main conditions for the development of an innovative economy. The introduction of new technologies, including robotics, and automation of production processes contribute to increased labor productivity, efficient use of resources, and adaptation to market changes.

Modern technologies also contribute to the emergence of new business models. The development of e-commerce, platform solutions, digital services and financial technologies opens up opportunities for creating innovative products and attracting investment. In addition, new technologies play a major role in the further development of science, education and medicine, which ultimately contributes to the long-term growth of economic potential. Investments in research and development create opportunities for new technological achievements and gaining leading positions in the global innovation space. The speakers emphasized that new technologies are not just a tool for modernizing the economy, but a driving force that contributes to sustainable development, competitiveness and well-being of society in the modern world.

The forum also emphasized the importance of the Great Silk Road, which is currently being revived in a new format at the initiative of Turkmenistan. This large-scale transnational project, linking the countries of Europe, Asia and Africa with transport, infrastructure and economic corridors, not only promotes the development of trade between countries, but also becomes an important bridge for the exchange of knowledge, innovative technologies and cultural values.

The formation of transport and logistics routes along the Great Silk Road allows participants to accelerate trade turnover and increase the efficiency of export and import of products. Advanced technologies used in the construction of railways, ports and logistics centers contribute to the modernization of related industries and the exchange of experience between the countries participating in the project.
