On June 13, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov held a regular meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers using the digital system, at which a number of issues of state life were considered.
The first to speak was the Chairman of the Mejlis D. Gulmanova, who informed about the ongoing activities of the national Parliament, including the preparation, based on the country's socio-economic development programs, of bills related to various areas of the economic, political and cultural life of the Fatherland.
At the same time, the deputies are working to strengthen interaction with the parliaments of foreign countries and authoritative international organizations. In this regard, it was reported that meetings were held with delegations of the Senate of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan and the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe, during which issues of partnership and legislative activity were discussed.
Representatives of the Mejlis took part in meetings and seminars held by state organizations jointly with international structures, and also went on official trips to the cities of Dushanbe (Republic of Tajikistan) and Sarajevo (Bosnia and Herzegovina).
Summarizing the information, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov noted the importance of continuing work on preparing bills aimed at ensuring the socio-economic development of the country.
