Thanks to the far-sighted and ambitious policies of our esteemed President, our country has successfully accomplished such important tasks as economic reforms, the development of new areas of international cooperation, and the construction and commissioning of new plants, complexes, gas pipelines, and compressor stations.

As a result of these reforms, Turkmenistan has become a powerful energy power, not only supplying the domestic market but also making large-scale and stable deliveries to global markets. International cooperation has played a significant role in the development of Turkmenistan's oil and gas industry. It has not only brought economic benefits but also enabled the expansion of the exchange of new technologies, international experience, and knowledge.

One important aspect of international cooperation is the training of specialists and knowledge sharing. Higher education institutions and specialized training centers in Turkmenistan offer training with the participation of foreign faculty, and students and engineers undergo internships abroad. This allows oil and gas industry specialists to acquire international knowledge and skills.
