During the period of the revival of the new era of the state, Turkmenistan is a leader in the region in organizing large-scale economic, cultural, political, international diplomatic, and humanitarian events. Among such large-scale events, the Third Conference of the United Nations on Landlocked Developing Countries held last week in the "Avaza" National Recreation Area is of great importance.
First of all, during the numerous consultations held, the issue of maintaining sustainable development of countries whose geographical location limits their access to international markets and which experience difficulties such as high transport and logistics costs was considered. In order to create economic benefits for countries included in this list, international cooperation was established between them. Such multilateral partnerships contribute to the exchange of experience, effective budget policy, and increased economic benefits. During the forum, special attention was paid to the role of the digital economy and digital trade in the life of each country. Ways to strengthen the position of landlocked countries in the trade sector were discussed. The main tasks were identified in order to more effectively use trade agreements and take into account the interests of each party.

Turkmenistan is an advocate of intensification of multilateral cooperation and interregional relations. The principles of our country "Dialogue is the guarantor of peace" and "Peace through development" have been reflected in great achievements in foreign policy. Strategies for the development of international diplomacy aimed at strengthening relations between landlocked developing countries and their neighboring states were discussed. The adoption of mutual agreements will ensure sustainable development for each country and strengthen international relations.
