On February 28, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov held another meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers via digital system, during which a number of important issues regarding the state’s affairs were discussed.

During the meeting, Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers B. Amanov reported on the progress of increasing the production capacities of the oil refining plants under the State Concern "Turkmennebit."

It was noted that steps are being taken to extract hydrocarbon resources from oil wells and expand international cooperation in the development of the petrochemical industry. A clear example of this is the ongoing work within this cooperation aimed at providing the Turkmenbashi Oil Refining Complex with additional volumes of raw materials and effectively utilizing its potential.

In this regard, a relevant proposal was presented for the consideration of the President of Turkmenistan.

After hearing the report, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov approved the proposal for the rational use of the production capacities of the oil refining plants under the State Concern "Turkmennebit" and instructed the Vice Prime Minister to take appropriate measures.
