
On December 5, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov held a regular meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers via a digital system. The results of the work carried out in the country over the eleven months of this year were summed up at the meeting.
Chairperson of the Mejlis Dunyagozel Gulmanova reported on the results of the work carried out in January–November of this year, guided by the tasks set to improve national legislation and draft new laws. As noted, during this period, 27 Laws of Turkmenistan and 20 resolutions of the Mejlis were adopted.
Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers Hojamyrat Geldimyradov reported on the macroeconomic indicators for the eleven months of this year. As noted, during the reporting period, GDP growth constituted 6.3 percent. The average monthly wage in large and medium-sized enterprises of the country increased by 11.9 percent compared to the corresponding period of 2024. Wages, pensions, state benefits, and student scholarships were financed in a timely manner.
