On December 5, at a meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov signed a Decree on declaring December 11–13, 2025, as non-working days.

The document was signed in order to create favorable conditions for the country's population for the solemn celebration of the International Day of Neutrality and proper rest on the occasion of the glorious 30th anniversary of Turkmenistan’s acquisition of the status of permanent neutrality.

The Head of State instructed all agencies, enterprises, and organizations, regardless of the form of ownership, to ensure the execution of this Decree.
