On September 9, the Embassy of Turkmenistan in the Kyrgyz Republic organized a round table in Bishkek dedicated to the proclamation of 2025 as the "International Year of Peace and Trust", as well as the next meeting of the Halk Maslahaty of Turkmenistan.
The event was attended by Turkmen students studying in Bishkek, as well as citizens of Turkmenistan.
During the discussion, the foreign policy strategy of Turkmenistan, which since gaining independence has been consistently implemented on the basis of the principles of peacefulness, good neighborliness, equality and mutual respect, was presented in detail. It was also emphasized that this policy, carried out under the leadership of the President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov and continuing the creative work of the Hero Arkadag, is based on the legal status of the permanent Neutrality of the country, three times recognized by the world community and having the character of positive Neutrality.
At the end of the event, a video about Turkmenistan was shown, allowing the participants to visually familiarize themselves with the country's achievements in various areas and its significant contribution to strengthening international peace and stability.
