On September 9, in the Ongaldy gengeshlik of Ak Bugday etrap of Ahal velayat, a ceremonial opening of the new modern village of Dovletli Mekan took place. This was a gift from President Serdar Berdimuhamedov to compatriots on the eve of the 34th anniversary of the country's independence.
The ceremony was attended by the Chairperson of the Mejlis, gray-haired mothers, deputies of the velayat and etrap Halk Maslahaty, representatives of the public, heads of public organizations, institutions and enterprises of the velayat, cultural and art figures, and representatives of the media.
In the new, modern village of Dovletli Mekan, which opened in the Ongaldy gengeshlik of the Ak Bugday etrap of the Ahal velayat, 400 residential buildings, a gengeshlik administration building, a medical center, a secondary school for 640 children, a kindergarten for 320 children and a shopping center have been commissioned.
