The first days of winter in Turkmenistan usher in the most important and celebratory events of the year. These days, our country clearly feels the festive excitement and enthusiasm of the people in anticipation of the dual national holiday—International Neutrality Day and the upcoming New Year.

For Neutrality Day, celebrated on December 12, extensive preparations are underway in Ashgabat and the provinces. In honor of this date, which occupies a significant place in the country's socio-political life, the capital continues to host high-level international meetings, scientific conferences, and exhibitions.
