President Serdar Berdimuhamedov received the heads of the Bouygues company – Edward Bouygues, Deputy General Director of Bouygues, William Bouygues, member of the Board of Management of this company, and Pierre-Eric Saint-Andre, Head of Bouygues Batiman International.

Expressing gratitude for the time devoted to the meeting, representatives of the well-known French company sincerely congratulated the head of Turkmenistan on the 33rd anniversary of the country's independence, addressing best wishes to the entire Turkmen people.

Welcoming the guests to the Turkmen land on the eve of the main state holiday, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov thanked them for their warm congratulations and good wishes.

"Bouygues has been a reliable partner for many years, whose projects have been implemented in accordance with international quality standards," the head of state stressed, expressing confidence that the current visit would be an important contribution to expanding bilateral cooperation and identifying specific areas for the development of this company's activities in Turkmenistan.

Appreciating the contribution of Bouygues, which has been operating in Turkmenistan for the past three decades, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov noted with satisfaction that a lot of work has been done during this period.

As it was noted, the company successfully fulfills its obligations, and jointly implemented projects contribute to the development of our country's economy and strengthen its construction and industrial potential, demonstrating a wide range of architectural projects and urban design samples.

"Turkmenistan is always open for cooperation and is ready to build partnerships with companies with solid experience, which Bouygues certainly belongs to," the head of state stressed.

During the meeting, which was held in a businesslike, constructive manner, issues of further development of long-term successful cooperation based on mutual benefit were discussed.

Thanking for the high trust and support provided over the years, the businessmen expressed Bouygues' interest in strengthening its position in the promising Turkmen market. As it was emphasized, the company will continue to strictly follow its contractual obligations, making every effort to implement projects.

Noting the good opportunities for further cooperation, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov expressed the willingness of the Turkmen side to develop a traditional partnership and consider specific proposals from the company.

At the end of the meeting, the head of state and the leaders of Bouygues exchanged mutual good wishes, expressing confidence in the success of their joint work, taking into account the accumulated positive experience and the lofty tasks of the new historical era.
