Over the past nine months of the year, passing under the motto “The Era of the People with Arkadag”, gas workers of one of the large production directorates of Marygazçykaryş of the Türkmengaz State Concern produced 25 billion 254 million 526 thousand cubic meters of natural gas. Thus, the plan was executed successfully. 
Specialists and employees of workshop No. 2 for gas production and preliminary treatment also made their contribution to the achievement of these production indicators. This production unit works at the Garaşsyzlygyň 10 Ýyllygy, Ýolguýy, Çymçykly and Tutly gas fields. 

Now, more than 15 million 230 thousand cubic meters of “blue fuel” are extracted daily from 65 productive wells of the fields, which are under the maintenance of this workshop. 

Since the beginning of the current year, the volume of natural gas production by gas workers has amounted to 4 billion 644 million 616 thousand 194 cubic meters. The entire volume of “blue fuel” is sent to foreign consumers through the Üçajy gas compressor unit via the Malaý-Bagtyýarlyk gas pipeline. 

Here is what Perhat Bayramov, the head of shop No. 2 for gas production and preliminary treatment, said:

“More than 20 years have passed since the commissioning of gas fields Garaşsyzlygyň 10 Ýyllygy and Ýolguýy. And since then, the wells have been producing steadily. The composition of the “blue fuel” of these fields does not contain hydrogen sulfide, which is the main feature of the product. The entire volume of natural gas extracted from these gas fields is exported to the People’s Republic of China. Products extracted from these deposits are economically beneficial. It should be noted that in order to ensure the long-term operation of gas wells, scheduled repair work is carried out in a timely manner. For example, workers of the well workover and underground repair workshop have performed workover and underground repairs at wells No. 13, 33 and 45 of the Garaşsyzlygyň 10 Ýyllygy field and wells No. 37, 46 and 51 of the Ýolguýy field. As a result, the cells of gas-bearing formations were cleaned, and the technical efficiency of wells increased. Now the wells also consistently produce great volumes. It is pleasant to note that experienced mentors and specialists make a significant contribution to the successful implementation of the planned work. Among them are the chief engineer Guych Jumayev, a senior mechanic Ahmet Annamammedov, gas production operators Nury Orazmuhammedov, Orazniyaz Gurbanmyradov, Serdar Berdiyev and Yazgeldi Abayev, gas production masters Sapa Gylyjov, Azat Rahymov and others.”

It should be especially noted that for gasmen working on a rotational basis, employees of trade union organizations and workshop managers create favorable living conditions. Special transport provided, a hostel and the creation of comfortable living conditions contribute to an increase in the efficiency of gas workers. 

The workshop workers have also carried out some activities to be prepared for the autumn-winter period. The high-pressure gas pipeline with a volume of 1 thousand 20 cu m, located between the Garaşsyzlygyň 10 Ýyllygy gas field and the Üçajy gas compressor unit, is the main facility of the workshop for the production and dispatch of “blue fuel” to the external market. 

In accordance with technological requirements, natural gas, extracted from gas fields by the workshop’s employees and completely purified from mechanical waste and liquids, will be uninterruptedly transported to the external market even during the crucial autumn-winter period.
