Preparations for the XXX International Conference and Exhibition "Oil and Gas of Turkmenistan" (OGT 2025) are nearing completion in Ashgabat. Delegates from over 70 countries are already arriving in the capital to participate in the country's main energy forum, which will be held October 22-24 at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Turkmenistan.
The first group of foreign delegates successfully arrived in Ashgabat and completed all formalities in record time – less than 30 minutes.
The packed pre-conference day program on October 21 includes a sightseeing tour of Ashgabat, a visit to the ancient Nisa Fortress, the National Turkmen Carpet Museum, lunch, and a golf tournament at the Ashgabat Golf Club.
In the afternoon, a UN roundtable discussion on "Energy for Peace and Prosperity" will take place. In the evening, participants will enjoy a cocktail reception and dinner on the 4th floor, offering panoramic views of the city.
The forum's grand opening will take place on October 22. Guests will be greeted by a vibrant cultural program and then will be able to explore the anniversary forum's exhibits. Admission to the exhibits will be by official badge only.
A gala dinner and awards ceremony will take place on the evening of October 22 following the plenary sessions.
