On the Amendments to the Administrative Territory of Arkadag City

Under the wise leadership of the esteemed President, Arkadagly Hero Serdar, the city of Arkadag, which has been awarded numerous international certificates for its architectural and environmental standards, is becoming a center for hosting forums and conferences of global significance. The city is growing and transforming daily, striving for high goals. The magnificent appearance of Arkadag, in line with modern urban development, reflects the achievements of our country, confidently moving toward the heights of progress, and the prosperous life of our people.

To further develop the urban infrastructure of Arkadag, create optimal conditions for organization and management, and considering the proposal of the Arkadag City Administration, in accordance with the Law of Turkmenistan "On the Procedure for Resolving Issues of Administrative-Territorial Division of Turkmenistan," the Mejlis of Turkmenistan decrees:

• To transfer 65 hectares of land from the city of Ashgabat to the administrative territory of Arkadag City, in accordance with the scheme attached to this resolution.

• The Ministry of Agriculture of Turkmenistan, together with the Arkadag City Administration, shall carry out the official demarcation of the administrative-territorial boundary of Arkadag City in the prescribed manner.
