We hope that the robot developed at our university will show good results in improving and optimizing the laying of oil and gas pipelines, pipelines in the fuel and energy industry, pipe-building for national economic production, and improving performance in terms of speed and quality. The development of an environmentally friendly, financially beneficial, energy-efficient and safe innovative robotic technology, as well as its use at the production level, is important for optimizing the construction of pipelines, implementing a strategy to increase the economic, progressive and export potential of our country.
The design and construction work of the robot was performed in 2D and 3D formats using the “Sketch-up” and “AutoCad” programs. Then, to manufacture a structure based on this electronically virtual model using a 3D printer and a laser cutter, place its main microelectronic components in optimal zones using microcontrollers of a microcomputer, programming for a specific function, as well as performing remote control on mobile devices based on Android on In the Turkmen language, software was developed in the C programming language. The manufactured robot has passed numerous tests and checks.
It is planned to create a trial layout "TOPH" to better reflect its functional and technological features. Through this mock-up, in a more understandable way for specialists, the robot will demonstrate its level of skill, high reliability and technological advantages when performing work on the construction of pipelines.
