I sincerely congratulate you on Eid al-Adha – a holiday designed to enrich universal values and strengthen relations built on humanistic ideals!
Eid al-Adha, widely celebrated in the first days of summer of the International Year of Peace and Trust, has absorbed the high, time-honored moral values, traditions and rituals of the peoples of the East, including the Turkmen people, proclaiming humanism and goodwill. Therefore, our people, living, building and creating in unity, celebrate Eid al-Adha widely and in accordance with national traditions, customs and rituals. This holiday is based on the most beautiful and best values of humanity. Over the course of three days, bright, meaningful celebrations will be held in the administrative centers, districts and villages of the regions, in parks, cultural centers and theaters of the cities of Ashgabat and Arkadag, which have become the most beautiful megalopolises in the world, designed to increase the sense of pride in the glorious past and present. On holidays, in every house, sachaks with dishes are widely spread, kurbanlyk-sadaqah is given, ayat-tovirs are read and prayers are offered for further prosperity and increase in authority, glory of an independent neutral Fatherland, implementing a policy of peace, friendship and brotherhood, as well as for the inviolability of our happy life.
The spiritual health of society and the moral perfection of the nation are our main goal, and in this regard, we are creating all the conditions so that Turkmen citizens can fulfill religious precepts and obligations - make a pilgrimage to the shrines of the Islamic world and namaz, observe the fast. This year, marked by celebrations on the occasion of the 30th anniversary of Turkmenistan's neutrality, we sent thousands of our compatriots to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. There they will be able to perform all the rituals, including the Hajj, in the two holy places of Islam - the Holy Kaaba in Mecca and the Prophet Muhammad Mosque in Medina. All this testifies to our unwavering commitment to the time-honored and timeless cultural traditions, spiritual ideals and noble principles of the Turkmen people, who have always adhered to the principles of peace, friendship and humanism.

Our life principles and national values, which support the continuity of times and generations, are rooted in the consciousness of the Turkmen, proclaim and glorify humanity, unity, charity, openness and honesty, hard work, spiritual and moral purity. Thanks to the grandiose undertakings of the National Leader of the Turkmen people, Chairman of the Halk Maslahaty of Turkmenistan Hero Arkadag, all of them have become a bridge that unites peoples and binds them together with bonds of friendship. In the era of the Revival of a new era of a powerful state, we worthily continue the course laid down by the National Leader of the Turkmen people Hero Arkadag, carry out reforms that are oriented towards the future and cover various spheres of life of our society. All this allows us to increase the economic potential of the state and significantly improve the standard of living of the population, as well as revive values, which has a positive effect on the spiritual world and exalts the honor of everyone. Thanks to the policy of peacefulness and creation, we pave the way for friendship and brotherhood with the peoples and countries of the whole world, thereby significantly increasing the authority of an independent neutral Motherland in the international arena. All these beneficial activities, carried out in the name of the further prosperity of the sovereign Fatherland and the well-being of our courageous people, according to the principle "The state is for the people!" and the motto "The Motherland is the Motherland only with the people! The state is the state only with the people!", glorify the values and great culture that have become a national treasure to the whole world.
