President Serdar Berdimuhamedov conducted a working meeting via the digital system with the participation of Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers T. Atakhallyev, who oversees the agro-industrial complex, and hyakims (governors) of the regions, during which the progress of seasonal field work in the country was discussed.

The first to speak was the hyakim of Ahal velayat, R. Khodzhagulyev, who reported on the pace of agricultural campaigns in the region.

It was noted that wheat harvesting continues these days. Necessary measures are being taken for its organized conduct, as well as for the preparation of seeds for next year's crop. Fallows are being plowed. Special attention is paid to the efficient operation of specialized machinery to timely and lossless transportation of harvested grain to collection points and elevators.

On cotton-seeded farmlands, care is provided for crops in accordance with agrotechnical requirements.

Harvesting of potatoes and other vegetable crops continues, and coordinated efforts are underway to prepare seed material for these crops for autumn planting.

In addition, the hyakim reported on the progress of construction sites for social and industrial purposes within the National Rural Program, the commissioning of which is planned for the current year.

After hearing the report, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov emphasized the need to complete the grain harvesting campaign as soon as possible and without losses, to observe agrotechnical norms in caring for cotton, giving the hyakim specific instructions.

The head of state also stressed the importance of successful implementation of tasks envisaged by the National Rural Program, instructing the hyakim to monitor the work carried out in the region in this direction.

Next, the hyakim of Balkan velayat, K. Ashyrmuradov, reported on the progress of seasonal agricultural campaigns.

It was reported that the collection of diligently grown wheat harvest continues in the velayat, with timely transportation of grain to collection points, warehouses, and elevators. Fallow fields are plowed, and high-quality seeds are being prepared for next year's crop.

On cotton-seeded areas, inter-row processing, mineral fertilization, and vegetative irrigation are being carried out in accordance with agrotechnical norms.

Simultaneously, the harvest of potatoes and other vegetable crops is in full swing to ensure the supply of these products to the population. Selection of seed material for these crops is also ongoing.

In addition, the hyakim reported on the progress of construction sites for social and industrial purposes under the President's Program for the socio-economic development of the country in 2022-2028, the opening of which is planned in the velayat for the current year.

Summarizing the report, the head of state emphasized the importance of timely and lossless wheat harvesting, diligent care for cotton crops in compliance with agrotechnical norms, and gave the hyakim specific tasks.

President Serdar Berdimuhamedov also instructed to ensure high quality and timely completion of construction works on planned facilities of various purposes within the National Rural Program scheduled for opening in the velayat this year.

Next, the hyakim of Dashoguz velayat, S. Soltanmyradov, reported on the pace of seasonal agricultural campaigns.

It was reported that measures are being taken to ensure the full collection of wheat harvest without losses, uninterrupted operation of grain harvesters and other equipment for seamless transportation of grain to collection points, warehouses, and elevators. Along with this, preparation of seeds for next year's crop and plowing of grain-free fields have begun.

On cotton-seeded fields, inter-row processing, mineral fertilization, and vegetative irrigation are being carried out in accordance with agrotechnical norms. Agricultural machinery and units are fully engaged in these works.

In accordance with the tasks set for increasing the production volumes of potatoes and vegetable crops in the country, harvesting of these crops is currently underway in the velayat, as well as preparation of their seed material for autumn planting according to established requirements.

Care for rice crops in the region's rice fields continues in accordance with agrotechnical norms.

In addition, the hyakim reported on the progress of construction sites for social and industrial purposes within the President's Program for the socio-economic development of the country in 2022-2028 and the National Rural Program, the opening of which is planned in the velayat this year.

After hearing the report and emphasizing the importance of ongoing seasonal agricultural work, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov ordered organized harvesting and proper compliance with agrotechnical requirements in cotton and rice fields, giving the hyakim specific instructions.

In addition to reporting on the progress of seasonal agricultural campaigns, the hyakim of Lebap velayat, Sh. Amangeldiyev, reported.

It was noted that wheat harvesting continues in the region, with plowing of fields underway as part of preparation for the next planting season. Grain harvesters and truck transport used for grain transportation to elevators and collection points are fully operational. Corresponding work is being done to prepare seed material.

On cotton-seeded areas in the velayat, inter-row processing, weeding, mineral fertilization, and vegetative irrigation continue in accordance with agrotechnical norms.

Simultaneously, harvesting of spring vegetable crops and preparation of their seed material for the next planting season are underway on the velayat's agricultural lands.

Care for rice crops in accordance with agrotechnical norms is also ongoing in the velayat's agricultural lands.
