
On November 25, a ceremony was held in Astana to award President Serdar Berdimuhamedov the highest honor of the Republic of Kazakhstan – the “Altyn Kyran” (“Golden Eagle”) Order.
During the solemn event, President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev emphasized the special role of President Serdar Berdimuhamedov as a distinguished statesman and wise leader, who consistently strengthens the statehood, socio-economic potential, and international standing of Turkmenistan.
“You are confidently continuing the strategic, forward-looking course of the National Leader of the Turkmen people, the highly respected Arkadag Gurbanguly Myalikgulyevich Berdimuhamedov. Under your constructive leadership, Turkmenistan demonstrates impressive economic development, with active modernization of industry and transport infrastructure. Significant work is being carried out to strengthen the energy sector and implement technological transformation. Thanks to your far-sighted initiatives, large-scale social projects are steadily being realized in fraternal Turkmenistan, the scientific and educational sphere is progressively developing, and the welfare of citizens is continuously improving. All these achievements command genuine respect and deserve the highest recognition,” said the President of Kazakhstan.
Expressing his profound gratitude to President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev and the entire people of fraternal Kazakhstan for the honor of awarding him the highest state distinction of the Republic of Kazakhstan – the “Altyn Kyran” Order – President Serdar Berdimuhamedov emphasized that he regards this award as a sign of high respect for the people of Turkmenistan and a testament to the strong friendship and good neighborly relations that have united their peoples for centuries.
