With the Embassy of Turkmenistan's active participation, the opening ceremony of the Kiosk for Trade Facilitation with Central Asian Countries and Azerbaijan was held at the Lahore Chamber of Commerce and Industry (LCCI). This was reported by the press service of the Embassy of Turkmenistan in the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.

The ceremony was attended by the President of the LCCI Kashif Anwar, leaders of the LCCI, Ambassadors of Turkmenistan, Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan, Honorary Consuls of Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan, representatives of the business community of Lahore and the local Media.

President of LCCI Kashif Anwar called the event an important milestone on the joint path to expanded economic cooperation.

Speaking at the ceremony, Ambassador of Turkmenistan A. Movlamov emphasised the significant potential for trade and economic cooperation between Pakistan and the Central Asian countries.

The Kiosk displays printed materials about the countries of the region and business opportunities available in the Central Asian Republics. Along with others, magazines on the domestic and foreign policy of Neutral Turkmenistan, as well as brochures and business directories on state and private companies of Turkmenistan displayed there will undoubtedly enrich this Kiosk.
