The floor was first given to the Hyakim of Ahal Velayat, S. Soltanmyradov, who reported on the progress of seasonal agricultural work. According to the report, wheat fields in the velayat are being maintained in accordance with agrotechnical standards. Preparations for cotton sowing are underway, including land harrowing and ridging. Additionally, high-quality cotton seeds adapted to the region's soil and climate conditions, as well as machinery and equipment for the spring campaigns, are being prepared. Measures are also being taken to select seed materials for potato and vegetable crops, improve land reclamation, and clean irrigation and drainage systems. The Hyakim also reported on the construction of social and industrial facilities scheduled for completion this year under the National Rural Program.
President Berdimuhamedov emphasized the need for a comprehensive approach to ensure the high-quality implementation of ongoing seasonal agrotechnical measures, particularly in wheat care and field preparation for sowing. He issued specific instructions to the Hyakim and stressed the importance of monitoring the timely and proper execution of work planned for this year under the country’s socio-economic development programs.
Next, the Hyakim of Balkan Velayat, H. Ashyrmyradov, reported on the progress of agricultural campaigns in the region. Wheat fields are being maintained according to agrotechnical standards, and preparations for cotton sowing, including land preparation and seed procurement, are ongoing. Measures are also being taken to prepare for the planting of potatoes and other vegetable crops, as well as to ensure the efficient use of water resources by maintaining rivers and irrigation channels. The Hyakim also provided updates on the construction of social and industrial facilities planned for completion this year.
President Berdimuhamedov highlighted the importance of improving the efficiency of seasonal agricultural activities and issued relevant instructions. He also tasked the regional administration with ensuring the quality of construction work on various facilities scheduled for completion this year.

Additionally, measures are being taken to prepare fields and select seed materials for potato and vegetable crops, as well as to improve land reclamation and clean irrigation systems. The Hyakim also reported on the construction of various facilities planned for completion this year.
