In the new historical era, under the wise leadership of our esteemed President Serdar Berdimuhamedov, Turkmenistan is consistently implementing a foreign policy strategy based on the principles of positive neutrality, peacefulness, and effective cooperation.

Turkmenistan, endowed with vast reserves of natural gas and oil, is an attractive partner for the entire world. The development of transport infrastructure, the creation of new trade routes, and the implementation of investment projects all contribute to the expansion of economic ties, positively influencing the development of many countries.

At present, Turkmenistan's neutrality serves as a key pillar of both international and regional politics. As is known, in March of this year, the UN General Assembly, at the initiative of our country, unanimously adopted the Resolution “Permanent Neutrality of Turkmenistan” for the third time. This marks yet another outstanding achievement of Turkmen diplomacy. The adoption of dozens of UN General Assembly resolutions initiated by our country is a vivid manifestation of the world community’s great trust in our homeland. Each of these initiatives and resolutions, which have gone down in history as important steps toward global peace, is aimed at fostering stability and harmony in various parts of the world.

The fact that our state, based on its legal status of permanent neutrality, has set an example of unity and peace to the world, reflects the widespread triumph of Turkmenistan’s state policy.
