On 9 October, the National Leader of the Turkmen people, Chairman of the Khalk Maslakhaty of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov met with the Chairman of the Board of Managers of "Çalyk Holding" Group of Companies Ahmet Çalyk.

Expressing his sincere gratitude for his time, the businessman noted that he was pleased with the successes achieved in all sectors of Turkmenistan, especially in national healthcare. As the businessman stressed, all this is a vivid evidence of the effective implementation of the initiatives of the National Leader of the Turkmen people under the wise leadership of President Serdar Berdimuhamedov.

Ahmet Chalyk expressed sincere gratitude to the President of the country, as well as to the National Leader of the Turkmen people, Chairman of the Halk Maslahaty, Hero-Arkadag for creating wide opportunities for the implementation of important projects in the historical homeland - Turkmenistan. The businessman proudly stressed that it was a great honour for him to entrust Çalyk Holding Company with the construction of the International Health and Rehabilitation Centre and the International Scientific and Clinical Centre of Physiology, which have been commissioned today, and congratulated Hero-Arkadag and Arkadagly Hero Serdar on the opening of these modern medical institutions.

Hero-Arkadag thanked the businessman for taking part in the celebrations held in our country on the occasion of significant events.

As it was noted during the meeting, Turkmenistan and the Republic of Turkey successfully cooperate in a wide range of areas. Our country cooperates with partner countries and companies based on the principles of equality and mutual interests. In this regard, the great contribution of Turkish companies operating in Turkmenistan, especially Çalyk Holding, to strengthening mutually beneficial cooperation was noted.

During the meeting, Hero Arkadag emphasised that scientific approach, innovative technologies and cost-effective solutions are given great importance in the projects implemented in our country. In this regard, Chairman of the meeting expressed confidence that Çalyk Holding will actively use new technologies and high-performance equipment in the projects being implemented in Turkmenistan.

Expressing gratitude for the high trust, Ahmet Çalyk assured that the company will continue to responsibly fulfil its contractual obligations.

The sides also discussed priority areas of bilateral cooperation.

At the end of the meeting, the National Leader of the Turkmen people, Chairman of the Halk Maslahaty of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov and Chairman of the Board of Governors of Çalyk Holding Group of Companies Ahmet Çalyk exchanged mutual wishes for good health, prosperity and new successes in their activities.
