Over the past year, celebrated in Turkmenistan under the motto “The Treasury of Wisdom of Magtymguly Pyragy”, workers in the oil and gas sector played a significant role in the development of the national economy. Even today, employees of production enterprises are working with great enthusiasm. This is evidenced by the production indicators of the Seydi Oil Refinery of the State Concern “Turkmennebit.”

— The main goal of oil refiners is the successful implementation of the esteemed President's directives on the accelerated industrial development of our country and the improvement of the population's quality of life. We successfully completed the year thanks to the effective work of the united team at the enterprise, said Ahmet Annamyradov, chairman of the enterprise's primary trade union organization.

For the efficient operation of the refinery’s production capacities, it is essential to ensure a reliable supply of raw materials. This issue is being successfully addressed.

During the reporting period, the planned production targets for gasoline were fulfilled at 109.6%. The production of diesel fuel, heavy vacuum gas oil, and road bitumen also increased. These products are in high demand both domestically and internationally, contributing to their successful sale.

The esteemed President pays special attention to the development of the country’s oil and gas sector and makes critical decisions in this area. As a result, the material and technical base of the refinery is continuously being strengthened. In recent years, several major projects for the capital repair of the enterprise have been successfully implemented.

During the Cabinet of Ministers meeting on November 29, 2024, held via videoconference, the esteemed President approved the proposal to modernize the water supply system of the Seydi Petrochemical Plant and instructed the implementation of the necessary work. Attention to these matters is harmoniously combined with the creation of favorable working conditions for the enterprise's employees and the improvement of housing conditions for their families. A positive impact in this regard is provided by the fulfillment of the terms outlined in the annual collective agreement signed by the enterprise management and the trade union organization.

The significant achievements of the Seydi Petrochemical Plant can be attributed to the exemplary work of each employee. Among them are senior operator Magtymguly Jumagulyyev, machinists Rustam Seyitnyyazov and Chary Ysmayylov, mechanic Hasan Roziyev, laboratory technician Saura Mamedkuliyeva, chief specialist Roza Yagshymyradova, and many others.

The management of the enterprise and public organizations regularly express their gratitude and reward distinguished employees. This approach motivates the workers of the Seydi Petrochemical Plant to increase their productivity and achieve even greater success.
